Membership is automatically created when a client submits the Contact Us form on our website. This initial registration sets up a client portal using the email provided during submission. There is no fee associated with membership.

3. Membership Benefits
Members of Validation Solutions gain access to a range of exclusive services designed to enhance project efficiency and document management:

Client Portal Access: A secure space where all project-related validation documents are archived and managed throughout the project's lifecycle.
Document Storage: Members can store and access their validation documents indefinitely through the portal, making it an ideal solution for long-term record-keeping.
Project Management Tools: Use the portal to track the progress of ongoing validation projects, upload new documentation, and communicate directly with the Validation Solutions team.
Collaboration: Ability to add additional team members to projects, enabling streamlined collaboration across your organization.

4. Application and Setup

Account Creation: An account is automatically created upon submission of the Contact Us form using the email address provided.
